Fraudulent Marriage
I am a graduate student on F 1 visa. My sister was married to a resident of California. Apparently, he lied about himself, his degree, his property and so on to get married to my sister. His sexual orientation is also highly doubtful. My sister comes to US on a tourist visa. Presently, she is in India and her husband is compelling me to spend time with him in his apartment at Long Island. He recently took up a job there. On insisting that I would only come to meet him when my sister will be around he is making all sort of troubles. He also lied about his age. He is already having multiple cases against him from government and other private parties. He is a tax defaulter too and there are cases registered against him. His own sister committed suicide in India which he never disclosed before the marriage. Now, he is demanding me to go and give him company and is not calling my sister back. Neither is he processing her papers to relocate her in US because he just married for the sake of his mom and has no attraction for women whatsoever. Being a simple graduate student, I am not in a position to pay huge sum of money to file a case against him. All I want is a divorce and all my sister's belongings, jewelry, degree certificates, mar

You can not file a divorce case for your sister - only she can do this for herself.
