Legal Question in Family Law in California
A friend of mine got divorced. His wife moved her and their children back to Los angles area. But she still works full time in san diego. He found out the wife now has a live in boyfriend which watches them in their one bedroom apt. I am sur there are some violations here. Can u help

I'm sorry. This is the United States of America. People in the United States of America are allowed to date after they are divorced. We also do not stone adulterers here.
Unless there was an order regarding the children's residence to remain in San Diego, there is no violation in the limited facts you describe. If your friend belives he can provide a better home environment for the children, he is free to go to court and ask for a modification of the custody order.
