Legal Question in Family Law in California

A friend of mine is incarcerated, was married a few months. His x-wife has a restraining order and his response restraining order has a list of his items that he wants me to pick up for him.

He does not have an attorney, she does. My question is how do I go and pick up his things? I've

called her attorney with no response, and she (the x-wife) will not return my call. In the restraining order it stipulates that a third party will pick up his things at her convenience. What are his legal rights?

Can she keep everything? He is concerned and needs help. Please help me!

Send an e-mail to the attorney saying she will not co-operate with the Order and if he does not set up a tie and date for you to pick up the items your friend will file, using a jail house lawyer, a motion with the court to order the return with penalties attached to the order.
