First off, alimony aside, if she has custody of the girls she will be entitled to child support based on her husband's income. He will also be required to make full disclosure of the couples finances throughout the marriage in the divorce proceedings. As for alimony, there is no hard and fast rule, unlike child support, but in the situation you describe there would be a very high likelyhood that she would receive alimony for five to six years.
