Legal Question in Family Law in California
My friends ex wife used his medical insurance to cover the cost of her cesarian section expenses. This is not his baby. Does he have any grounds for legal action?

I am confused, how can she use someone else's insurance if she is not on the policy? If she is on the policy she is entitled to the benefits of the policy
