Legal Question in Family Law in California

my ex and i are looking froward to splitting away and he is threating me to have custody of my 5mth old son. i'm still nursering my son. he works 6day's on and 3day's of plus overtime. i don't have money nor a god to pay for a lawyer.. want should i do? i don't want to loose my son. thank you for ur time(;

Please check with the family law court about attending a legal clinic to get the help you need. Most California Family Law courts have some kind of program or clinic on filling out the proper paperwork that you may need. You should ask for custody in your paperwork and a proper time share in keeping wiht the child's age and your nursing schedule.
