Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am so frustrated. My wife was supporting me and makes a lot of money and has moved out and refuses to pay me any spousal support or see my kid. I can't afford a divorce lawyer. What can I do to make her pay me support and see my kid? we are legally separated now. she makes a hundred grand a year and i am unemployed. we were married 3 and a half years. i was a stay at home dad when i didnt work.

You are not legally separated. A legal separation is basically entirely the same as a divorce except you don't have to wait six months for a final judgment and you remain married in name only, all the other components - custody, child and spousal support, allocation of property and debts, etc., all are the same as in a divorce. If your wife has all the assets and income she can be ordered to pay your attorneys fees, especially if she refuses to provide you any child support. Many divorce attorneys will take a case like yours with a very modest up-front payment. Find one.
