Re: Full Custody and Attempted Rape

Start with filing a police report for the attempted rape of your 14-year-old and the (statutory) rape of your 17-year-old. I am not a criminal attorney, but the police should be able to take it from there.

Custody/Visitation. The baby's father will likely get some visitation time with the baby. He will also have to contribute with child suppprt. Consider contacting DCSS to open a case for child support.
