Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can I get full custody?

I am curretnly taking my ex back to court for full custody. We have a mediated arrangement that does not work because he cooperates with nothing. Every attempt at a joint decision regarding the children ends in a fight or stalemate. He intentionally acts in a way that he knows will cause conflict and it is hurting my children. (ages 4,7 and 9)He has a wife who has hurt my children emotionally (I have it documented)and physically one time. Can I get full custody? And if I don't, how will I ever get this to work?

Re: Can I get full custody?

Without more information I can't guess if you will win or not. Remember, it is what is best for the children, not who is nicer and remember it is not what you know but what you can prove.
