Legal Question in Family Law in California
I have full custody of my daughter and her father has set days of when he is supposto to see her....he has broken the schedule for the last 3 months...stopped seeing her around October.....Also he stopped paying all financial support for her. i have phone records of the times i have called. To ask him why he has not seeing her. .he is an abusive person, alcoholic and i am afraid he is going to harm her if he sees her again...spoke to him a day ago and now he said he wants to see her...only because his mom is forcing him. Am i able to take him out of her life all the way? He has made no attempt to see her...had a conversation with him about a month ago and he told me not to bother me and hung up...dont know what to do....

You need to go back to court for a modification of the custody order and on a contempt citation for failure to pay support.
The only way to totally take a father out of the child's life, is for someone else to adopt her, as in a step-parent adoption. Good luck!
Consider filing a motion to restrict or suspend visitation until your ex deals with his sobriety and and abuse issues.
