We are going for full custody of my husbands daughter and we are concerned for her once her mother gets served and see all that she has told us How can we get emergency custody of her until the hearing and would that hurt us County is Yuba and in ca

You can not get emergency custody of the child, unless there is an emergency situation. Unless you see some thing that requires an emergency you must follow the court order to a T. If yous uspect a kidnapping or danger to the child and you witness it, then you should contact the police so they can protect the child. If something does happen then you will receive emergency custody of the child.
