i got full custody of my son but theres still a clause in the papers saying i cant move out of Sacramento county with him . when i got full custody does that make that void? and what do i have to do it get it off there

Having full custody does not terminate the other parent's rights to have contact with your son. You will need to get a court order allowing the move unless the other parent agrees that you can move. Any agreement that you can move should be in writing and signed by both parents. The signatures should be notarized.
