Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have full physical and legal custody of my 1 year old son here in California. I am considering moving to another state and am wondering what my son's father can do about preventing me from moving, considering he has no custody rights?

He can object to it. But I would still suggest you file with the courts asking for the right to move away. If you have "full custody" undoubtably the court will easily grant your wish.
