Full-Time HS

In my divorce papers I was awarded child support until my daughter turns 18 or is not a full time HS student - Well she has summer school to finish for June and July and my ex husband says he isnt paying because that is not considerd a fulltime student because she only needs 1 credit and not 6

Contact the local child support enforcement department. They will go after him at no charge to you. I believe that owes the child support, but it would cost you more in attorney fees than he would pay. Therefore the child enforcement department is your best bet.
