Legal Question in Family Law in California
If my future ex wife is having a child from another man why do I have to to carry her on my insurance untill we are finalized ?

Because there is a public policy in favor of keeping people insured rather than going on MediCal for everybody else to pay for, and she can't go on his insurance until she is free to marry him, and that won't happen until your divorce is final.
