Garnishing of wadges

can i have my wages ganished if i do not have an employer. i have clients and i have my own bussiness? i am self employed but i have one client that gives me 90 percent of my work. i have other clients but i will typically work maybe one or two jobs a year.

It is possible to attach money your client may owe you.
