Garnishing Wages

I am divorced from a woman in New York State. If I marry again can she garnish my new wife's wages for child support?

Child support is taken from wages, yours, first and then from community property. If she places her wages in a bank account with your name on it, the money in that account is available for payment of child support. You should contact a family law attorney and discuss your options, and risks.
