gaurdianship

i have gaurdianship of my sons children { who has custody] while he is in iraq. can their mother who lives in oregon come and take them from me?

The answer depends upon what you mean by guardianship. If there is a court order that you are the guardian then she cannot remove them. If your son has joint legal and physical custody, she may have some right to take the children. If the court order gives him custody during this time of the year then she should not have the right to take them. You should take the documents which you have to an attorney review them and discuss the options available.
