Legal Question in Family Law in California

I gave temp custody of my son to my sister. Notarized only. Now i'm ready for my baby to come home. Can I just go get him.

It is difficult to answer without seeing what you agreed to. Will your sister surrender custody of the child on your request? If you agreed to allow your sister to be the child's guardian, then you will have to file a petition to revoke that guardianship in the local probate court.
