Legal Question in Family Law in California

Geting blood from a turnip

I have 2 open child support cases and one closed one I'm paying back support for. 50% of my wages are being garnished and I have a newborn son to care for in addition to having partial custody of the son I'm paying back support for. I make $14.00 per hour but with the garnishment my weekly paycheck is $230 and sometimes less. I am forced to live in a roomate situation because I cannot afford to pay rent alone. My roomate and I share a two bedroom apartment for $950.00 per month in San Francisco. The cases open are for my 6 year old daughter in Contra Costa and a 7 year old son I have never seen in Merced County. Previous attempts to reduce my support were thwarted, is there a magic word for me to say in court to get the judge to understand I'm suffering ?

Re: Geting blood from a turnip

the newborn is a change in circumstances that should justify a change.
