Gift Take Back

My father gave me a computer for my birthday/graduation. Can he legally take it back? He has the receipt for the computer and obviously paid for it.

The answer would depend upon several factors which you did not include. Such as your age, where you live, and the circumstances under which you state he gave you the computer. Also why is he taking in back?
