i have a little girl who is one and my ex boyfrien signed the pertinty papers claming the child was his when he and i knew that it wasnt and my daughter acturale father and i now live together and he my ex boy friend went in and got joint custody of my daughter with the papers that he had since then me and the babies dad went and got a perternity test done and found the results that we excepted that my ex is not the farther to my babie what can i do

Have the true father file a petition to establish paternity. You could do it, but since you filed a false declaration of paternity, I recommend that he do it. Also, since there is a false paternity declaration on file, I suggest you and the true father not try to do this yourselves. You're going to need an attorney.
