You need to file a petition to establish paternity and an Order to Show Cause (O.S.C.) for blood tests, custody and visitation in the county where you live. On the court wesite for where you live, Superior Court of California, xxxxx County, you should find a link to get you to the self help for forms. Good luck.

You can file a petition to establish parentage, and obtain an order for genetic testing by way of motion. You can get the forms here: http://www.courts.ca.gov/forms.htm?filter=PA

I suggest you get some legal advice, because there are other legal doctrines that apply.
