If me and my girlfriend are breaking up can I take him with me to another state without getting into trouble?

I assume "him" is a child you had eith your girlfriend? If so, the answer is "no," you cannot take him and leave the state without getting into trouble. You may not get into criminal trouble, but you will have legal trouble with the Family Court and will seriously hurt your chances of getting a favorable custody and visitation ruling. And if she has to chase you down and get an order enforced in the other state that you return with the child, you will most likely wind up paying her attorneys fees too.
