Highly unlikely, I have seen this situation before many times. In these he said she said situations, the police, the judges, the Family Court Services, tend to err on the side of women. The best situation is for you to stay FAR AWAY from her.
The former advice saying the courts favor women, is simply wrong. What you have to remember is the restraint order order places restrictions on you and not on her. As to any falsified claim, once the order is permant, then the burden falls on you to set it aside and to prove it false. If you seek to set the order aside, you will need a QUALIFIED family law attorney at your side for the best result. Good luck!
