Legal Question in Family Law in California
My former girlfriend filed a domestic violence restraining order against me. I haven't seen or talk to this ex girlfriend in over 16 years. I don't even live in the same state. She stated and prejured herself in court by stating I have contacted her many times and her friend 13 year old kid many times trying to get to her. She did not present one shred of evidence that I have ever contact her or her friends 13 year old kid. The judge a criminial restraining order from 1996 for 5 years and making me go to 52 weeks of batterers classes. I had evidence proving much of what she said was false (telephone records, police reports, etc.) The judge wouldn't even look at these or enter my dv-120 response into evidence. This Judge Glenn R. Salter looked at nothing but my criminal background. Even made up lies during the hearing stating that court received notice that I wanted a phone appearence but yet I never filed the FL-679 form. So were the court got this information is unknown to me. This judge was totally baised against me and the evidence will show this to be fact. Orange County, CA.
