Legal Question in Family Law in California
myself and my girlfriend just lost our 7 week old today to cps. I had problems with cps in the past now they took our kid over things that happened in the past with my ex wife. such as my ex wife saying first my dad than me molesting my 4 year old step daughter who was coached by her mother then having that said mother have friends of hers saying the same thing and then saying i admitted to it which i did not. and they have no recollection of it such as a recording or written statement. i was never forced to register as an offender which i am not one and the investigation came up inconclusive and they came to the conclusion that she was coached as well. now mine n my girlfriends daughter was taken from us over these allegations. they also told my girlfriend they "advise" her to leave the home over these allegations also. do i have any right to sue the pants off of cps over this injustice?

They are immune. That's why children still die, while innocent people get run through the wringer and their lives destroyed.
I agree with Mr. McCormick. They have immunity, and it protects Child Protective Services against any kind of lawsuit. I don't agree with it in all situations, but it is the law.
