Legal Question in Family Law in California
My ex girlfriend moved with our son and now refuses to provide me with the address. Do I have any right to know my son's address?

Yes, you have every right to know the address of your son. You should contact the police, or other authorities if she does not let you know where she is residing with your son. You should be prepared with some information which proves that you are the father of the child though. You may need to contact a local lawyer to help you file court papers on kidnapping charges against the mother.
For self represented individuals you can consult with the family law facilitator self help center at your local court house.
As always please consult a local attorney prior to taking legal action. Good luck. Also please check out my Santa Clara County Family Lawyer blog.

Mr. Chau leaves out two very important points. 1. You need to have previously established paternity by court order or a valid joint declaration of paternity before you have any rights at all. 2. Unless there is an order for custody and support that grants you custody that she is interfering with, the police will do and can do nothing.
