Me and my girlfriend shad a baby but she didn't let me sign the buirth cerficate or give the baby my lastname she won't let me see the baby or take him outwhat casn I do

File a petition to determine Paternity with the court. If you cannot afford an attorney, you should go to your local courthouse that handles family law cases (probably Norwalk) or call first and get help from family law facilitator or volunteers.
