You have a right to take a paternity blood test to establish if the child is yours.

What is she threatening to do? And why is she still your girlfriend if she is so unpleasant? You are not legally obligated to be harassed, and you can tell her her calls are no longer welcomed. If she wants to get an attorney, the attorney can call you, but this is harassment otherwise. Of course, it doesn't work if you just want to be around her but simply want to shut her up about this. That would mean you are volunteering for the position.

If you are not sure the baby is yours, do NOT sign the birth certificate. You can establish you are the dad by requesting a paternity test after the baby is born, as Ms. Kock stated.
