Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex girlfriend threatens to keep my son away for me. She also threatened my life and my current girlfriends life. Every time I do or say something that she does not like , she punishes me and not let me see my son. I think she wants to move away with my son and I cannot allow that. I want full custody of my son.

If she is threatening your life, you should consider filing a Domestic Violence Restraining Order. There are custody forms that are included and the judge might issue a custody on a temporary basis until the hearing. Your girlfriend should also consider filing. She would file a Civil Harassment Restraining Order.
