Legal Question in Family Law in California
Myself and my girlfriend just had twin boys. She also has a 13 year old daughter, and we are trying to move everyone 200 miles to where I live. We wont be living the state, but she does have a divorce agreement. I was wondering what we need to do to get everyone move down here?

She should get a court ordered consent stipulation from the father to ensure he will not file a motion demanding the child's return.

You either need the father of the 13yo to consent to the move, or you will have to file a "move-away" motion, to modify the custody orders that are currently in place.
