Girlfriends criminal history

Does my girlfriends criminal history affect my visitation rights ? Also can I legally reside with my kids in her house?

Your girlfriend's criminal history may very well impact her visitation with the minor child, depending on the nature of the act. However, just because a person has been incarcerated, that does not, in and of itself, disqualify her from visitation with the child.

The nature of your girlfriend's crime should determine the appropriateness of you and the minor child living in the residence with her. If the lady would pose any threat to the child's safety, then the child should not be brought to live in her home. You should speak with an attorney - and, as always, use common sense!!
