Legal Question in Family Law in California

Good afternoon, I have been divorced for 2 years, I have joint physical custody as well as Joint custody, Our agreement has always been as adults traiding off Holidays and alowing visition weekends. That has changed she contunes to make plans during my time with my 11 YO son, I am current in my support and what a Custody agreement drawn up to spell out days,dates, And holidays for visation.

Does your divorce judgment contain a visitation schedule? If not, you can try to reach an agreement outside of court with your ex and file a Stipulation and Order regarding custody and visitation. If you can't reach an agreement, you will need to file an Order to Show Cause regarding visitation to have the court order a specific visitation schedule. Good Luck.
