Legal Question in Family Law in California

Good Evening,

My name is Ana Ramos and i am seeking for your advise on how or what would be the fairest way to have a financial agreement without the need to get a court order. My husband and i have been separated for about seven months now and we can seem to get an agreement on how to split our son expenses, we are thinking on getting a notarized document stating each of our obligations and expenses since he thinks that going Thur a child support order would be unfair, so I'm willing to give it a shot but i need advise on how it should be broken down. Our son stays with me he stays with his dad maybe once or twice a week, he buys one box of diapers and baby wipes a month, which last. We also split the medical i pay one month he pays one and for the last two months he gave me $200 for food only food. He makes around $2800 a month with a potential of a bonus between $400-$900 a month. I make $1400 a month with a potential of a bonus between $80-$250 a month we both work full time and my mom watches our son when I'm at work, she does not charge me but i do try to give her $50 a week on top of my expenses. He is the only child on both sides. I'm very confused, don't know what would be fair, If i can get some advise i would really appreciate it.

The child support guidelines calculated using the DissoMaster program is very fair. Your husband seems to be trying to cheat you and your child out of proper support. When you have the child most of the time and pay all the expense of that, for him to pay $200 and a box of diapers and wipes and nothing more is rediculous.
