Grand child custody

I suspect my grandson is living in a house full of drugs and he has black and blue marks all over him along with bite marks from other kids, he has turned really mean in the last few months.

How do I get custody of him to get him out of this mess.

You should take photographs of the injuries that he has. If he is in a group home per a court order then retain an attorney to go to court and request that he be removed from the current placement and place in your home.
