Where is the mother of the your grandchild? She can get visitation easily, unless she has a serious problem.

You can file a petition for grand parent visitation or a joinder to the divorce case of your daughter and ex son inlaw. This is not a simple procedure and you should have the assistance of an attorney. It also can expose you to the possibility of being ordered pay his attorney fees.
