Other grandmother dont want me to see my grandson

My grandson's other grandmother has temp. custody of him.

And I have been trying to see him. Everytime I call or

e-mail her to see him something always comes up. I try to give her at least one weeks notice and she still is being very mean.. I have no idea what to do.. I went online to look for papers for the court for visitations and I cant find anything.. HELP... I miss my grandson,

Without more information there is no way to discuss options. First: why does the grandmother have temporary custody? Where are the parents? particularly your child? Do either of the child's parents want to have visitation with the child?
