Legal Question in Family Law in California

Grandmother property soled out from under second son children

My grandmother died about 10 years ago. My father died about sixteen years ago and my uncle got everthing. My brother and I got nothing form my father. And now my uncle is selling the property and not giving my brother and I anything. There were just my father and uncle.

Do my brother and myself get anything and if so how do we go about getting it.

Thank You

i may be able to assist you with your question, if you can let me know if your father died with or without a will. if he died with a will, let me know more or less what it stated in respect to your uncle receiving the property at issue, as well as if there were provisions within the will affecting you and your brother. if you would like a free case evaluation by phone, please email me with your contact information today.
