grandparent visitation
I am trying to get visitation to see my granddaughter.My daughter is married but the husband is not the father of my grand daughter.My son-in-law is very abusive but my daughter wont admit it.He has told me personally that he does hit my daughter.My problem is that i am trying to find the family codes to start the process .I am afraid for my granddaughter because he controls ever move and thought my daughter has .My daughter wont do anything if he decides to hit my granddaughter.My granddaughter is 3 years old she ived with for almost all the three years .
They moved out and they would let me see her on weekends,then they started to hide i have seen my granddaughter twice in the last five months

Grandparent visitation is a difficult and tenuous area of the law. You need to contac an attorney and work out a plan to proceed in this case. If you have sufficient funds a private investigator may be able to find some information that can be used to remove the child from this situation.
