grandparent visitation rights

to obtain grandparent visitation through the courts would i have to file in the county where the child lives or in the county that i live in?

where can i find this information in family sec code?

First, you need to evaluate whether you will get grandparent's

visitation. There is no general right.

You can look at Family Code Sections 3103, 3104, and 3185.
