Legal Question in Family Law in California

Grandparent's Rights

Ariana is my great-grandcild. We supported her Mom from the beginning. Just recently her mother has abruptly stopped any contact and communication. What can we do in order to be granted visitation?

Grandparents have very few rights to visitation with grandchildren. If you had a close relationship with Ariana and saw her regularly you would have a better chance of getting some visitation. Consult with a family law attorney regarding visitation.
