Legal Question in Family Law in California
Tell me about Grandparents rights. We have been babysitting our 2 year old twin granddaughters since birth. Our daughter (who has had numerous boyfriends in the past couple years) is mad at us now because we will not enable her lifestyle any more will not allow us to see our granddaughters. We have cared for them every Wednesday Thursday & Friday since they were born and have kept them for full weeks on numerous times while their Mom goes to Vegas, The River, Parties etc. We can prove that we have definately bonded with these kids.

Unless you can prove she is an unfit mother and obtain guardianship, there is nothing you can do legally. Grandparents do not have visitation rights under the law in California.
