Legal Question in Family Law in California

Grandparents Rights

I am trying to find an attorney in the southern california area that can help my family with seeing our granddaughter - our son is deployed with the us marines and we have been unable to see our granddaughter for 3 months. He and the mother were never married but he signed a declaration of paternity at birth. We supported her throughout her pregnancy up until the baby was 5 months when she and my son split up - now she refuses to let us have any contact with her. We are her only link to my son. I am desperate for some help!!
