Can my kids dad have his mom get any grand parents rights if she's a prostitute and a drug addict and has a lenghty crimminal history? can she be able to even get supervised visits?

Re: grandparents rights

Grandparents can only get "rights" if one of their kids are deceased. There might be other reasons, such as if their kids is in prison or something like that, but if both parents are alive and well, then a grandparent cannot have any visitation except for that which their children allow them to have. Now, if the grandmother is a prostitute and a drug addict, meaning recently, not 20 years ago, and your kids dad is leaving the kids with her, then you might want to go to court for a restraining order request an order for monitored visitation.
