grandparents' rights

What kind of rights do grandparents have with respect to correspondance and visitation with their grandchildren??? If any???

As a general rule grandparents have only those rights that the parents grant. There some unusual circumstances that can result in grandparents obtaining court ordered visitation and contact. you should attempt to work out visitation with the parents. If that doesnot work then contact an attorney to discuss the facts of your case.
