grandparents rights?

how do you go about getting some type of legal guardianship of a grandchild? Mother is willing for temporary guardianship. Has 80/20 custody rights. Do I need fathers approval also??

You will have to file a petition for guardianship. Unless father agrees the court will have a hearing to determine whether the grant the guardianship.
