Grandparent's visitation rights

Does the Juvenile Court have the authority to order grandparent visitation rights when terminating jurisdiction over a case after granting joint legal custody to parents and sole legal custody to father with mother having monitored weekly visits?

The question of grandparent visitation is underflux at this time. The court can order grandparent visitation if it is in the best interests of the child or chidren. Each case turns on its own facts.
