Legal Question in Family Law in California

I was granted Divorce on 4/16/2012, judge gave 60 days for final decree, my wife refuse to sign the final papers, it has been 120 days since Divorce what can i do when my wife refuse to sign?

If the court entered a final decree, there should be nothing for your wife to sign. Please clarify your question.

I've posted responses to this many times, and I recall Mr. McCormick posting it as well. You don't have to have your soon to be ex spouse sign anything to make the divorce final. They simply get properly served papers and either default or contest and the parties work out property issues. You don't need the other spouse's permission to get divorced in this state.
