would i get granted the house if i have custody of my 9 children

I am a victim of domestic violence.I have filed for a divorce and my husband wants to sell the house and get his 50% I have 9 children from him and he is not giving any child support.He doesn't see them.when we bought this house it was under both of our names and then we refinanced and i got tooken off of the title .he does not want to put me back on.he thinks this house is all his.he would rather see me and 9 children on the streets.I want to stay here with my children.I keep calling thw cops when he violates his restraining order,but they don't do anything.I am the one who is paying the morgage.I am past due but i am paying it.this is really hard for me I hope i get the house so my children don't have to loose their house.I am scared that he will hurt me.he is very violent.please call me if you can help me.or e-mail me at [email protected] Thank You

You should immediately file a petition for dissolution of marriage and a motion for custody and support. You can also file an OSC in re contempt for his violation of the restraining order. He is entitled to one half of the house, barring some exception. Retaining an attorney to protect you interests in this matter.
